We are looking for full time sales professional for our company to sell ‘Silage’ (cattle fodder) to the dairy industry in Odisha, Jharkhand & Chhattisgarh.

JOB ROLE:

1. To help the business grow by identifying and selling products to new business prospects.
2. To maintain relationships with current clients and build new ones.
3. To oversee day to day sale process and ensure seamless completion of sales transaction.

JOB LOCATION: Head Office, Rourkela. Will required travelling across Odisha, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education:full time Bachelor or MBA degree in business, marketing, advertising or a related area.
2. Experience:minimum 03 years of working experience in sales or marketing job. Relevant experience in cattle feed, veterinary, dairy services will be given merit.
3. Skills Required:
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & Odia.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Strong negotiation skills.
7. Good listening skills.
8. Good working knowledge of MS office, emailing and social media.
9. Self-Motivated and result driven attitude.

REMUNERATION:

1. Gross Salary (CTC): Rs. 30,000/- per month including all statutory benefits.
2. A. and D.A. as per company norms.
